How the free fit evaluation works

Sketch: price as a planning assumption validated in the proposal.

The free fit evaluation is a 10–15 minute, no-obligation conversation with a human. We assess the problem and trigger, whether SPNORTH credibly fits, the responsible owner, urgency and the most proportionate next step.

Clear boundaries

It is not free consulting: architecture, detailed recommendations, requirements/backlog creation, regulatory interpretation, estimates, proposal/SOW, solution design and written deliverables are excluded.

Five exit states

  1. No fit – stated respectfully.
  2. Transparent referral where appropriate and consented.
  3. A relevant ungated public resource.
  4. A recommendation for a paid diagnostic.
  5. Scoped follow-up when more qualification is needed.

Scope and commercial terms are defined after the fit evaluation and, where appropriate, a paid diagnostic.
